This is Zinnia, a Black Badger-Face Icelandic Ewe. Incredible soft fleece with lovely handle, with very grey thel (undercoat about 5 inches) and creamy tog (outer coat about 7 inches). All measurements are averages because each part of the fleece on primitive breeds has different lengths and structure. In this picture I tried to show the grey thel and the creamy tips. Nicely skirted, naturally low lanolin.

Henrietta is a Black Badger-Face with lots of thel. Her locks tog/thel is about 7-8 inches tog/ 5 inches thel (all measurements are averages because each part of the fleece has different lengths and structure of the locks on primitive breeds). She has a variety of colors from black, grey, cream and white. Very soft, both tog and thel; most badger faces I’ve found have soft fleece.

Grey Girl has such an excellent fleece and her color is lovely. She is a Grouflon in color (Black grey mouflon). Her tog /thel is so varied in colors; she has black, silver, grey, white with golden tips on some of her tog. Her 6-7 inch tog/ 5 inch thel, average of course. has lots of loftiness to the handle.
